Got locked out of the gate though. Took thirty min for the key to reset and then the gate worked.

I enjoyed this campground for a lot of years but the last few I had a love hate relationship, LOVED my fellow campers but what we found happening was a lot Greed from the owner raising the rates every year but not putting that money into the campground, this year they put into place a fee of $10 for your golf cart and $10 for each vehicle for what? They also brought a lot of junk in and has been placed thru out the campground ,he divided lot's up making them smaller, we had been told for 8 years that they would be replacing the bridge and that was why rates were constantly going up but here we are 8 years later with the same bridge that looks like it could collapse at any time, I realize it is a business but the cost is getting unreasonable for what the park offers, as seasonal camper you see things that if you just come up for a weekend you might not see. So if you want to just camp for a few days you will enjoy your self but I would not recommend becoming a seasonal camper Also they don't give back your electrical deposit I suppose it was because I wrote this review

This is awesome. Packed full of locals who should know. Friendly staff and lots to do. No fishing license required.

Everybody is friendly and it feels (to be honest) super cozy. Their food tastes amazing and the lake super fun!

Cabins need some major TLC. Pretty sure something lives in one of the mattresses. Plastic mattress covers were covered in holes and mud. Not bad if you want to sleep next to dead bugs, spiderwebs and cobwebs. Better off tent camping and it's cheaper.

Had a nice stay here with my family. Played horse shoes and had a good time.
