Liked the ET-300. Seemed like a good step-up for my amazon PetTech unit. Within a day, I noticed that the output was inconsistent and my dog's response was, understandably & expectedly, inconsistent as well. Called the company, spent 40 minutes with 2 associates who were trying to push back - try a few more days ; are you using it right (never had issues with my PetTech for months except it was not built tough) etc etc. Finally they agreed to replace the set.
I like the product but seemed to have a defective one. The customer service on the other hand, in my case, was not what it is made out to be and far from good leave alone best.
Just had a wonderful experience with Dana at E-Collar Technologies. We received our little man back from his board and train and it included an e-collar. Between my wife and I, we decided it would be better to have one transmitters instead of one. I contacted them via email and received a response quickly. She provided me with two options that were easy and affordable. In regards to the e-collar, we have the et-300 and have only been using it for a couple days, but it's ease of use and adaptability are quite impressive. Overall, I would recommend this product and company to anyone.
